DISCLAIMER: PM Events and Productions, Inc. acts only in the capacity as a duly-authorized AGENT for ARTISTS and PERFOMERS and assumes no liability. All future replays by ARTIST shall be contracted through PM Events and Productions, Inc. only.
Upon request, purchaser will be sent an Engagement or Performance Agreement, which must be properly executed and remitted with required deposit to PM Events and Productions, Inc., 1411 Washington St. #18, Boston, MA 02118 in order to receive confirmation of appearance/performance.
IF SCHEDULED PAYMENTS ARE NOT MADE ON TIME, AGENT AND/OR ARTIST HAS THE RIGHT TO CANCEL APPEARANCE AND PURCHASER IS LIABLE TO ARTIST AND AGENT FOR DAMAGES AND COSTS (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES), IN ADDITION TO THE COMPENSATION PROVIDED HEREIN.
REFUND POLICY: If purchaser cancels 30 days or more prior to appearance- Full refund less $100 booking fee. If purchaser cancels seven to thirty days prior to appearance- 15% of total compensation, If purchaser cancels less than seven days prior to appearance- No Refund-full fees due and payable.
